It may be difficult to recognize if you spawned a long time ago and did not built anything there, but it’s the best hope you have. Then you need to either walk north or south, and you’ll eventually get to the spawn point. This is easy, just keep walking east (in the direction of the rising sun) until you see the ocean. To get to your spawn position, first find the coast. Basically, you can try finding your initial spawn position, and from there get to your build (which is nearby if you’re lucky).
